I trained as a primary school teacher in my 20’s, and loved it. I adored being with the children, and teaching them valuable skills for the future. Unfortunately, life took me down a different path, and I didn’t make teaching my career. Now a Yoga teacher since 2014, I am passionate about the power of Yoga to teach vital wellbeing and stress control skills to young and old. Having experienced schools as staff, parent, and seeing it through my children’s eyes, I know how stressful school can be for children and teachers alike. I know that Yoga could help reduce the stress everyone feels, and help children and teachers develop vital skills to manage emotions, foster focus and concentration, and promote wellbeing.

I love to blend my past and present teaching skills and share the benefits of Yoga to local schools in the Rhondda and surrounding areas.
