Relax body and mind in this gentle but invigorating Yoga class. Through gentle loosening movements, breathing, stretching and relaxation you will release tension and stress in your body, strengthen and tone muscles, and let go of mental stress. you will leave the class feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to take on the world. The class is suitable for beginners, and I can make adjustments to suit your mobility needs. Drop me a message if you have any particular concerns regarding your own ability to take part, I am sure I can accommodate you.

Bring water and a blanket, but don’t worry if you don’t have a mat, I can lend you a mat. Wear clothes you can comfortably stretch in.
