Relax and revive yourself to beat the post lunch slump, and the school run stress. This 90 minute Yoga class will help you to release any tension you are holding onto in your body and mind, connect to your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom, and find that space of inner peace to help you be present in the rest of your week. Perfect for you if you are looking for something to do before the busy-ness of the school run and family responsibilities, you will leave the class feeling grounded and content in yourself. The class is held in a beautiful converted chapel, now used as a judo dojo. It has a wonderful energy to it, and it will make a perfect location for a Yoga class.
Classes start on May 1st, and will run from 1-2.30pm. The class is £6.50, or you can book a block of 5 weeks for£27, a saving of £5.50.
The first class falls on World Asthma Day, so we will focus a great deal on the breath in this class, strengthening and expanding the lungs to improve the breath, a valuable and vital act of self care for all, asthmatic or not.
