Through gentle loosening movements, breathing, stretching and relaxation you will release tension and stress in your body, strengthen and tone muscles, and let go of mental stress. you will leave the class feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to take on the world. The class is suitable for beginners, and I can make adjustments to suit your mobility needs. Bring water and a blanket, but don’t worry if you don’t have a mat, I can lend you a mat. Wear clothes you can comfortably stretch in.

Classes cost £6 each, and there is a loyalty card scheme available so you can earn one free class when you attend 9 in a 12 week period. Please bring a bottle of water and a blanket, I have mats you can borrow.
I feel I was being drawn somehow to starting your yoga class at a time in my life when I needed it most! I felt completely relaxed and ‘at home’ in your class and so glad I made the effort to start yoga. And I cant wait for the next class as I feel it helps me physically, emotionally and even spiritually! Thankyou and Bless you

I have thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes so far. They make me feel very relaxed after a long day at work! Esther is really knowledgeable and clearly explains what we are doing and why we are doing it. She makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. The class suits people of all abilities and yoga experience and no pressure is placed on having to do anything that you find difficult or uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend coming along!
