Experienced Yoga teacher and speaker
Esther Nagle has been practising Yoga since 2008, and has been a teacher since 2014. Esther credits Yoga with saving her life and helping her live a better life than she ever thought possible. Esther is passionate about the healing and restorative power of Yoga, and knows it can help so many in the Rhondda and Pontypridd areas. She loves to share what she knows, and is looking forward to teaching you!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes in Treorchy so far. They make me feel very relaxed after a long day at work! Esther is really knowledgeable and clearly explains what we are doing and why we are doing it. She makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. The class suits people of all abilities and yoga experience and no pressure is placed on having to do anything that you find difficult or uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend coming along!

Where will you practice Yoga?
On Thursday evenings, you can join me in Oaktree Hall in Treorchy. This class costs £6, and as the others, you can earn free classes with the Rhondda Yoga loyalty card scheme.

Yoga can do so much for you
(but don’t panic, we won’t be doing headstands!)
Yoga’s most famous gift is that of the flexibility of body. You don’t have to be flexible to start yoga, but with regular practice, your body will lose its stiffness and you will feel more relaxed and loose…in your mind as well as your body!
While we don’t explicitly focus on strength building in our classes, you will develop both physical and mental strength through a regular Yoga practice.
Yoga teaches you powerful stress management tools, giving you the ability to recognise and soothe your emotions, live in contentment and peace, and reduce the risk of the many harms stress can cause.
Relax & Refresh
Yoga is famous for its ability to promote relaxation, and it is a well deserved reputation. You will release tension and learn to relax deeply, leaving you feeling at peace and happy after a class.
Yoga helps you to accept yourself as you are, to love yourself, and to want to show yourself that love through greater self care. Yoga is the ultimate act of self care and love.
Mind & Soul
Yoga is not just a physical practice, it will help you to balance out all the amazing parts of you, bringing mind, body, emotions and spirit into balance. Yoga is not about religion, but about spiritual connection to yourself, the world around you, and whatever you consider to be the source of all.
There are many ways I can bring Yoga to you
One to one classes
If you aren’t able to attend any of my regular classes, or if you would prefer the more personalised, one to one approach, then I can come to your house, or workplace if you have a suitable space, and teach you one to one. I can tailor our sessions to suit your specific needs, and we can take the practice at your pace, so you can learn and practice in a way that suits you best.
One to one classes can also be delivered virtually if we can’t find a time to meet in person!
